COACH EDUCATION
At The Coaching Project, we integrate our extensive coaching experience with our broad business background and advanced social science education to create powerful adult learning programs. Much of the content of our seminars is based on our own unique leadership research. And our years of training ensure that our workshops are dynamic, experiential, challenging and fun.
We offer several types of programming to meet your different Leader Coaching needs.
- Coaching for Leaders is a foundation program offered publicly over two to five days.
- Leaders Coaching Leaders ® is a more comprehensive public Leader Coach® Certification program over a four-month period.
- Internal Coach Certification is a four to six month program designed to identify and develop a core team of trained internal coaches as business partners to support the development of a Leader Coach ® culture across the organization.
- Chrysalis is a program of life transition and renewal designed by women, for women like you who want to live with vitality and passion.
We also custom design these and other programs for delivery in-house to suit your organization’s specific needs.
