Linda Sadiq is an organization development consultant, Gestalt psychotherapist and certified professional coach. She has extensive experience p lanning, designing, developing and leading system-wide change initiatives with senior executives, leadership teams and communities in Canada, the United States, Estonia, Lithuania, the Republic of Georgia and Egypt. Linda has a number of publications, most associated with her international development work in the healthcare sector.
Linda is a particularly skilled “real time/real issue” leadership coach for senior organization leaders and their teams. She supports, challenges and develops leaders as they work through issues such as leadership responsibilities during the transition phase of a merger or acquisition; creation of a new function dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of a global organization and its customers; and design of organization-wide culture change to create increased employee engagement and high performance.
Linda zeroes into the heart of the issues and the hearts of the people dealing with the issues, in all her coaching relationships. She is firm in her conviction that real change happens from the inside out - beginning with values, beliefs and sense of purpose. She is a passionate supporter of those eager to transform their visions into purposeful action and is uniquely able to connect with and inspire her clients to achieve their goals. Linda has worked with senior leaders in public, private and non-profit organizations in many different sectors including pharmaceutical, financial & insurance, media & communications, education, consumer products, health care, workplace safety, energy, manufacturing, and medical devices.
Linda is a past member of the Board of Directors of Willow Breast Cancer Support and Resource Services in Toronto. She is also the designer of a coaching module that has become an essential component of the York University/Maytree Foundation project for Executive Directors of Refugee/Immigrant sector non-profit organizations at the Schulich School of Business, York University.
Linda’s graduate education includes an M.B.A. in Organization Behaviour and Industrial Relations from York University in Toronto and Professional Coach Certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
