LEADERSHIP TEAM COACHING

At The Coaching Project, we have worked with hundreds of teams and we know from experience what it takes to create high performance – the necessary collective skills, with a common mindset about what needs to be accomplished and how it can best be done. The team leader coaches and develops the team, and creates an atmosphere in which the team can flourish. To create these high performing teams, we use three steps to build consistency, capability and commitment.

Assessment: taking your leadership team through an assessment of its present skill level and future skills needs based on researched high performance factors.
Development: providing guidance as your team creates a development plan for closing current and future skills gaps.
Performance: coaching your team to support the implementation of the development plan while you work collectively to address the real-time issues for which the team is responsible.
