OUR APPROACH
Our coaching services and coach education are based on our unique three stage Leader Coach® process. This minimum structure guides you through the coaching relationship, ensuring a safe setting for discovering a preferred future and implementing it with ongoing support. This approach is fully described in our book, Leadership Alchemy: The Magic of the Leader Coach®.
Building Trust: review of the current situation to identify behaviour patterns and coaching goals; establishing trust, focus and commitment to the process.
Building Awareness: assessment of strengths and weaknesses in relation to role requirements; creating a vision of desired leadership competence.
Building the Future: action planning for closing identified gaps; through practice and continuing feedback, measurable improvements in competencies chosen for development.
