Becoming a Leader Coach

We have developed an online program that leads you through the process to becoming a Leader Coach step by step.  It consists of a series of videos guiding you through each stage in our Leader Coach process, with explanations, demonstrations and suggestions for practice. There is also a companion Becoming a Leader Coach workbook that acts as a guide and resource to you on your journey. The companion videos are available from the following playlist.

On your own or with a group, you can develop the skills to be an effective communicator, an empathetic listener, and a trusted challenger to your colleagues, your team, even your boss. This program has been delivered hundreds of times as our two-day Leader Coach training and is now offered for you to access on your own time and at your own pace.  Should you want coaching support for your learning, we can provide professional help to mentor and motivate you.  Just be in touch to discuss the options.
